Currently, China has a high demand in machines and equipment in all industries. We closely cooperate with companies who have successfully sold used machines, equipment and entire plants over 40 years.

2. Joint-Venture:
We are supporting a German manufacturer of sewing machines in Joint Venture-negotiations with a Chinese partner. Not only did we assist both companies in the actual negotiations, we also supported them in the preparation of the Joint Venture-contracts.

3. Identification of appropriate business partners:
A leading Chinese enterprise in the field of traditional Chinese medicine with own sales outlets in China plans to enter the German market. One of our network companies identified an appropriate German business partner, who currently clarifies the registration procedure for the Chinese products.

4. Establishment of a representation in China:
A German company in the field of engineering wants to enter the Chinese market and is searching for appropriate personnel to run its subsidiary in China. In this project, we support the German company to identify skilled employees of which one will be trained by the company in Germany.
